Oh man nothing can beat this mayo! Goes on absolutely everything in my house! Having recently gone vegan I've had a hard time finding a good mayo replacement but the search is over! Nice bonus is the jars are perfect for storing snacks after use. Definitely give this a try!

If you want the mayo to be a bit thicker, the best way to do this is to first decanter the amount you want to use in a small bowl. In another small bowl slowly mix together 2 tsp of cornstarch and 3 Tbsp of water. With a whisk, slowly add the starch mixture to the mayo until desired thickness is achieved. You can repeat this process if you want it even thicker.
