Wasabi Mayo
1 Tbsp wasabi paste
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
If you have a knack for heat, this one will be your next favourite mayo mix! The clean, white heat of the wasabi is similar to horseradish or mustard. It's pungent, sweet, and fresh. Simply mix Dibble Vegan Mayo and all the ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly incorporated, and you can enjoy this with some crispy lotus chips, drizzle this on top of sushi, tempura, or even on a fresh Japanese coleslaw.
Sweet Mustard Mayo
1Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
It's sweet, spicy, salty, tangy, and rich. Enjoy the umami flavours of our plant based take of the good old honey mustard mayo. Make sure to take out the seeds when you're squeezing the lemon juice. This sweet vegan Dibble Mayo goes well with so many dishes, such as sandwiches, burgers, dips, and of course - chips!

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp vinegar
2 Tbsp chives, finely chopped
1 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1/2 Tbsp dill, finely chopped
